This 1941 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible Sedan is being consigned from the private collection of a longtime former Cadillac employee and collector of fine motorcars and top of the line boast. Fifteen years ago, this Cadillac underwent a complete restoration, and to this day it is considered by the consignor to be in excellent condition.
Two specific features of this particular vehicle make it extremely rare and stand out from other Series 62 Convertible Sedans. On the body code trim tag, the paint code was deleted, meaning this vehicle was painted a special ordered “private color,” a rare option for Cadillac at that time. Also, between the front and rear seats is a factory divider window, making this one of only two Series 62 Convertible Sedans produced with a factory divider window, according to the consignor. Sold with a registration.
