This rust-free 1967 Ford Mustang I is a California car with what is believed to be an original 20,000 miles. The original factory-optioned “C” code 289-V8 motor has been removed, but does go along with car. It now has a Ford 302-V8 mated up to the factory original C-4 automatic transmission with factory power steering and power brakes. The exterior is correctly finished in its factory-optioned “Z” code of Sauterne Gold and retains mostly original paint that has recently been cleared over to preserve the California “patina.” With some decades-old blemishes still evident, the car is able to maintain a very presentable appearance. The chrome on the bumpers and trim moldings are in mostly excellent condition, though the vent window moldings do show some small pitting. The OEM 14” Magnum 500 wheels are in great shape. Inside the car, you will find that its completely original, black vinyl interior still shows very well. With just one small split in the passenger seat stitching and a dashpad that needs replacing (thanks to the California sun), the overall condition is great for being 50+ years old. This is a real V8 Mustang with a lot of originality to it, plenty of West Coast history and the 1967 model is the year everybody wants so they are going up in value quickly. Sold with a title and plates matching old California paperwork.
