Visitor gates open at 9:00 am; exhibitor gates open at 8:00 am. Clubs wishing to arrange parking are encouraged to call ahead.
From hot rods to rat rods, motorcycles and bicycles, join us to show off your custom ride or muscle car. While the the theme of this popular show is custom vehicles, guests arriving in their pre-1997 vehicles of any marque or model receive free admission at this show and all other (non-auction) Museum events.
Demonstrations of special vehicles from our collection, as well as demonstrations of exotic guest vehicles, will round out an exciting weekend. In addition to an assortment of hot rods and custom vehicles, an array of family activities will include free Model T rides and (weather permitting) antique aeroplane demonstrations.
The museum is pleased to showcase several new exhibitions installed over the past year. Women Who Dare: Pioneering Women of Transportation, The Bentley Boys, and Coachbuilt. Women Who Dare is an interactive exhibit featuring three female transportation pioneers who made history at the turn of the last century. The Bentley Boys showcases the famous group of 1920s playboy racers whose antics assisted in forming the direction of the iconic British automobile marque. Coachbuilt explores the era of coachbuilt—or custom-bodied—automobiles, highlighting the transition from carriage building to the construction of automobile bodies that defined an era of luxury automobiles.
