Theme: Leading Women of OHTM

OHTM is home to more than our World Class Collection and Science Center. We have influential women playing key roles in growing our museum in our community. In this Lecture Series, we get to honor these Leading Women of OHTM by inviting them to share their journeys and experiences with you all to help inspire OHTM’s young women to be leaders in their communities! 

Speakers include:

Lisa Reece, OHTM Board Member and Pilot

Jenny Gold, OHTM Great Race X Cup Team Member and Youth Boatbuilding Instructor at the Rockland Apprenticeshop

Jeniffer Cooley, President of Bmalori Creative

Anne-Elise Stern, OHTM Pilot

The Winter Lecture Series runs January through April, bringing together engaging lectures and hands-on STEM fun for kids – all in one visit. You can enjoy inspiring talks from Maine community members and special guest speakers, while younger visitors dive into interactive STEM Saturday activities throughout the day.

The lecture will begin at 1:00 PM and run approximately 45 minutes.  More details to come.
Kids can enjoy STEM Saturday – Women Who Dare from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
