Celebrate almost 50 years since the inaugural Rally at the Owls Head Transportation Museum. 

Experience the museum’s historic fleet of aircraft and ground vehicles deliver a weekend of sky-high entertainment for the whole family: (Performances are weather dependent.) - The Red Baron Pursuit aka the 1917 Fokker Dr.1
- Flight of the Centenarians airplanes, each a hundred-years-old
- OHTM Engine Room with 3 crowd-pleasing machinery demonstrations
- The 1895 Harris-Corliss Tandem Compound Steam Engine, with the 70 Ton flywheel.
- The 1895 Otto Columbian four-stroke cycle internal combustion engine, with its twin flywheels, blurred spokes, and clacking valve gear, its power exhaust blast can still be heard throughout the museum grounds.
- The 1980 General Electric CF-6 Turbofan aircraft engine. This display was recently returned to working order.
- Special guest, The Wheelmen, a national club dedicated to the history, riding, and display of pre-1933 bicycling heritage
- Model T Cranking Contest

Aircraft Exercises & Biplane Rides With more than a dozen rare, restored and replica aircraft in our collection, OHTM is thrilled to include antique aircraft demonstrations as part of this event. (weather permitting) Want More? Purchase a 20-minute scenic biplane ride for an open-air, sky-high experience unlike any other! (weather permitting) Parking Free, onsite parking is available to all museum guests. Accessible spaces are located to the immediate right of the museum’s main entrance near the bright orange awning.
