Your child will love to take part in Owls Head Transportation Museum's Fall Workshops. From hands-on learning experiences focusing on the science to discovering the history of how people and things move through the world, our immersive programs use over 150 years of transportation history to help students develop critical thinking skills and to make real-world connections from the past to the present and future.

Big 2025 Blowout Party

9am – 12pm  |  Ages 4-5

Close the year off at OHTM! You camper will participate in a fun New Year’s Eve party to celebrate all the wonderful things! You camper will make poppers, fizzy art, and more as we get ready for a new year!

 

Art Lab

9am – 3pm  |  Ages 6-8
Members $50 / Non-members $60
Snack Included

Young artists will design and create art projects in 3 dimensions. First,  they will create their own playdough to sculpt into their own sculptures.  Next, they will create their own “abstract” work of art using everyday objects.  Then, they will make paper pop-up art. Finally, they learn to use a 3-D pen to change their two-dimensional drawings into 3-D. Please provide a lunch for your camper.

 

Glacier Geniuses – slow and steady, cool and smart

9am – 3pm  |  Ages 9-12
Members $50 / Non-members $60

his week, join OHTM to dive into some seriously cool science, from chemistry experiments to engineering challenges that will test your brainpower. We'll be doing hands-on projects, so be ready to get messy as we learn. Whether we're building our own mini-glaciers, cracking secret codes, or solving tricky puzzles! Please provide a lunch for your camper.
