Maintenance Assistant
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Assistant is
responsible for duties relating to the daily upkeep of the museum's facilities and
grounds. The Maintenance Assistant may also be required to respond at the museum
in the event of weather or security concerns.

Development Director
POSITION SUMMARY:
The OHTM Development Director is responsible for cultivating and nurturing donor
relationships with the entire range of donors who support OHTM’s mission to collect,
preserve, exhibit, and operate pre-1940s transportation. This includes undergirding the
growth of the STEM Education Program, which aims from the earliest ages to educate,
guide, and inspire young people in the technological innovation required for a
developing workforce.
Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Development Director is responsible to
execute effectively in the areas listed below. This position is in-person and on-site,
although may include travel from time to time. This position also requires a high degree
of independence, within the parameters set by the Director and Board of Trustees, and
the ability to perform on a superior level with a minimum of adjunct support.
